What is authenticity Guarantee?

All products sold on LETSBUY.HK are 100% Genuine and Authentic. We will provide you a Full Refund should any local dealer provides you with a written note indicating your purchase via our website is unauthentic.


What is the 7 days return policy?

Within the first 7 days of purchasing your goods, should you have any problems with your purchase, we can provide you with store credit or exchange your product, base on the condition that the returned products are unused , unworn and sent back in original condition and packaging. We will issue the store-credit within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Deliver charges on return are paid by the customer or delivered in person to our office or redemption centre. There will be a restocking fee of HKD 50 dollars. Letsbuy (HK) reserve all rights should there be any dispute in the return policy.

*Items purchased during our Sale events are non refundable and non-returnable.

What is 3 Days Delivery?

We offer 3 business days local delivery on most of the products purchased via our website. For any particular products which we are unable to deliver within 3 business days, the estimated delivery time will be stated in the product information page.

*Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories commercial and residential addresses only. Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, lantau island, Ma Wan, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas. 

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely. 


What is LETSBUY Warranty?

The LETSBUY WARRANTY applies to a watch ("Watch") purchased on our website and lasts for 1 year from the date the watch was purchased from us.


What our warranty cover?

LETSBUY (HK) Warrants that the internal movement mechanisms of the watch are free from defects.


What is not covered?

This warranty is limited and does not cover any damage to or defects in parts not used in the movement of the Watch, including, without limitation, Watch bracelets, straps, crystals, finish, batteries, crowns/stems, or cases. This limited warranty does not cover any damage or defects (1) if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, (2) if there is evidence of intentional or accidental misuse or abuse, including, without limitation, abuse related to servicing not carried out by authorized service centers, (3) resulting from loss, theft, or Act of God, or (4) if used under conditions which exceed the Watch manufacturer's water resistance guidelines.


What LETSBUY.HK will do?

For Watch defects covered by our warranty, at LETSBUY (HK) Limited's choice and cost, LETSBUY (HK) Limited will (i) have your defective Watch repaired, (ii) replace your Watch with a watch with similar features and functionality, or (iii) refund to you the amount you originally paid to LETSBUY (HK) Limited to purchase your Watch.


Product Packaging

Due to the fact that certain brands made avaliable on LETSBUY.HK do not provide gift boxes, we have taken the initative to provide our shoppers with our customized giftbox to protect your goods during the tranportation process.


How do I arrange for product Delivery or pick up?

At Check out, there will be two options to choose whether you want your product to be delivered or picked up in person at our office. Our office is located at

Room 1010, Peninsula Center,67 Mody Road  tsimshatsui east, kowloon

Once you have chosen the method of delivery, a shipping form will show up for you to input your shipping address.


When can I pick up my product if i have chosen the pickup option?

You may pick up your product at our redemption center during the next day of your purchase.


When will my product arrive if i have selected the delivery method?

For Local orders, your product will be shipped out of our warehouse within the next business day from receiving your order. The goods should arrive your destination within 3 business days from the day you have made the purchase.

Should there be any issues "ie out of stock, delays in shipment", it will be clearly written inside the products detail page. We will also contact you either via email or telephone notify you of the issue.


If I have selected the delivery method, Can I change to pick up at your redemption center?

Sorry, once you have selected your redemption method, you may no longer reverse your decision.



How do I pay on Letsbuy.hk?
